Appliance Installation

Appliance Installation

New appliances fitted to the cabinets they live in, installed and leveled.

Appliance installation is sequenced into the remodel, so the range, fridge, and dishwasher land in openings measured for them, not openings they have to squeeze into.

Since 1996The JBN Group has remodeled North Texas kitchens for three decades.

Start with the fit

Appliance Installation, Measured Before It Is Ordered

An appliance that is a quarter inch too wide is a problem discovered on delivery day. The measurements are taken first, at your home, against the cabinets being built.

At the free visit, we go through the appliance list you are planning: sizes, fuel, venting, and the water and power each one needs where it will sit.

You pick the models; the openings are built to them. Appliance installation is priced in writing as part of the project, with no surprises at delivery.

What Appliance Installation Covers

Every major appliance in the kitchen, fitted in the right order. Each one is leveled, connected, and tested before the job closes.

1

Ranges and Cooktops

Gas or electric ranges and cooktops set flush, leveled for even cooking, and matched to the hood above them.

2

Wall Ovens and Microwaves

Built-in ovens and microwave towers fitted into tall cabinets at the height agreed in the plan, not the height that was left over.

3

Refrigerators

Fridge openings sized for the model you chose, with the water line for ice and water fitted before the unit rolls in.

4

Dishwashers

Dishwashers set, leveled, and run through a full cycle before the job closes, so any leak shows up on our watch, not yours.

Delivery day

Sequenced, Not Squeezed In

Appliances arrive on the schedule the remodel sets, after the cabinets and counters they meet are in place. Nothing sits in the garage for a month.

Each unit is unboxed, inspected, and fitted the day it lands. Damage or a wrong model is caught then, while the delivery paperwork is still open.

Old appliances are disconnected as part of the sequence, so the kitchen is never left half working longer than the job requires.

One project or two

On Its Own, or Inside a Full Remodel

Appliance installation belongs inside a full kitchen remodel, where the openings are built for the models you choose.

A single replacement can also be fitted on its own when the existing opening matches. The visit measures first and tells you honestly whether it does.

Whichever scope you choose, the fitting is in the written price before work begins, and one crew carries the whole project.

Appliance Installation Questions

Do you sell appliances, or do I buy my own?

You buy your own, from wherever you choose. We measure first so you order the right sizes, and the fitting and installation are part of the project price in writing.

What if my new appliance does not fit the opening?

That is what the measuring visit prevents. Openings are checked against the model numbers you choose before anything is ordered, and changed on paper if a size will not work.

Can you install a gas range where an electric one was?

Sometimes. It depends on the gas line and venting your home has or can take. The visit looks at both honestly and prices the path that works for your house.

Are my old appliances hauled off?

Disconnection is part of the sequence. Haul-off and disposal are confirmed in the written scope before work begins, so there is no guessing on delivery day.

How much does installation add to a remodel?

The fitting for each appliance is a line item in the project price, not an add-on later. Estimates start as low as $8,500, depending on what your project needs, and your figure is set in writing.
